Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Boiler Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for over seeing the installation, start up, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial boilers and related systems with the team. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient functioning of boiler equipment, supporting our continuous operations. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial boilers to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot boiler systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems, and associated mechanical components.
Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to facilitate repairs and system upgrades.
Monitor boiler operations continuously, adjusting controls to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with field service teams to diagnose complex issues and execute timely repairs on-site.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and system performance logs for compliance and reporting purposes.
Complete start ups and functional operations testing and trouble shooting

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years experience, supervisory level preferred as a boiler technician.
Proven experience as a industrial boiler technician or mechanic with a strong background in boiler systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R, or related fields.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices in field service environments.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for boilers, hydronics, HVAC systems, and mechanical components.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.
Ability to work independently in demanding environments while adhering to safety protocols.
