We’re hiring a Low Voltage Estimator to take on meaningful projects across structured cabling, AV, security, fiber, and access control. What This Job Is Really About

You’ll help us put together accurate estimates for commercial low voltage projects of all sizes. That means reviewing drawings, doing job walks, building BOMs, checking vendor pricing, and supporting our team before and after a project is awarded.

What You’ll Do

Develop accurate, competitive estimates for low voltage, structured cabling, AV, and security system projects.
Conduct job site walkthroughs, read blueprints/specs, and document all field conditions.
Produce designs that meet project and industry standards.
Build complete BOMs, obtain vendor pricing, and calculate labor requirements.
Forecast job material and labor needs.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Required: 3+ years estimating commercial voice/data, fiber, AV, and access control systems.

Who Thrives in This Role

Someone with strong technical understanding of structured cabling systems (voice/data/video, fiber, AV, access control) with 3+ years of experience in low voltage estimating or installation. If you know how cabling systems go together and you’ve worked with voice/data/video, fiber, AV, or access control, you’re already ahead of the game.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Not Dealbreakers)

Familiarity with manufacturers like Commscope, Panduit, Corning, Belden, Legrand
Experience using AutoCAD or Bluebeam
Certifications like BICSI or RCDD (great to have, not required)
