Overview
HL Bowman is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - HVAC / Plumbing to lead our service operation in Braintree, MA. The GM will oversee the strategic direction of our HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical maintenance divisions.
We are seeking someone with experience managing B2C business within the residential services industry. This is not a remote position; it will sit onsite.
About the Role:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations, performance, and growth for this location. This role provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational support to ensure that the operation meets financial goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve growth
within the operation. This position has P&L responsibility.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years' experience leading HVAC or plumbing teams.
- Knowledge of home service industry.
- 3 years' experience managing B2C business.
- Proven ability to manage P&L.
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
