We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installations. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior Installers, and ensure top-quality service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and heat pumps
Supervise and mentor Installer helpers and apprentices
Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and project managers
Participate in on-call and weekend service rotations as needed

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification & HVAC Certification required
Sheet Metal License preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
