We’re hiring a dependable and experienced HVAC Installer Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including ductwork, condensers, furnaces, and heat pumps
Perform system start-ups and ensure installations meet code and safety standards
Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of installations and materials used
Participate in on-call and weekend service rotations

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification & HVAC Certification required
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
