Job Title: CNC Machinist – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Perm)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Middleton, MA

We are hiring a dependable CNC Machinist for a 1st shift temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential.
$250 Sign on bonus once converted to permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines and Bridgeport mill (drilling, tapping, countersinking, counterboring)
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, chamfer checkers, and gauges
- Assist with sheet metal machines (presses, shears, brakes, laser, punch)
- Deburr, grind, polish, and finish parts as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Produce quality parts within tolerance
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing/machining experience preferred
- Familiar with inspection tools
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
