$40–$62 per hour (based on experience and diagnostic capability)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems.
This role is ideal for technicians who:
Are confident working independently
- Enjoy advanced troubleshooting
Take pride in doing the job right the first time
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Service boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service documentation
Support and mentor developing technicians when appropriate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
(Senior-level technicians strongly encouraged to apply)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with large commercial systems preferred
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in commercial environments
Technicians with primarily residential experience may not be the right fit for this role.
Work Environment
Field-based commercial service position
- Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilities
Physical requirements include climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions
