We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all project resources—including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors—to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will lead project teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring overall project profitability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Oversee project safety, quality control, cost management, and schedule performance
- Develop project schedules and coordinate staffing and resource allocation
- Prepare and review estimates, bids, and value engineering opportunities
- Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and financial performance
- Monitor job costs and provide regular project reporting and forecasting
- Lead project coordination meetings and resolve conflicts or claims
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and stakeholders
- Mentor and supervise Superintendents and Project Engineers
- Ensure timely project closeout and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10years of project management experience within a construction company
- Experience managing healthcare, higher education, or K-12/school construction projects required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, estimating, and cost control
- Experience with estimating and construction management software
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed

This position reports to senior leadership and oversees Superintendents and Project Engineers while driving successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
