Position Summary: The Master Plumber will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, service, and repairs. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise and support apprentices and junior technicians as needed
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
- Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumber license Virginia
- 3–5 years of plumbing experience in service and/or construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both residential and light commercial plumbing
- Experience supervising or mentoring other technicians
- Backflow certification (preferred but not required)

Pay: $31.82 - $38.33 per hour
