Compensation

Paid Training: Earn while you learn to become a Certified Bath Fitter Installer.
Performance Pay: Once certified, earn a percentage of each job's value — the better you perform, the more you make.

What You'll Do

Install Bath Fitter's premium acrylic systems in just one day.
Use your hands-on trade skills to deliver precise, high-quality workmanship.
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional job site.
Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
Represent Bath Fitter's reputation for excellence and craftsmanship.

What You Bring

Hands-On Trade Experience: 2+ years in mechanics, drywall, glazing, carpentry, or construction.
Attention to Detail: Skilled in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision.
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using power tools, levels, and hand tools — basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
Reliability: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
Professionalism: You take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy seeing the finished product.
