We are looking for a Licensed Plumbing Pro who wants to transition from full-time tools to sales (or an experienced plumbing estimator) to run pre-set homeowner appointments.
THE DEAL (1099 CONTRACTOR):
High Commission: Uncapped earning potential ($1k – $4k/week). Leads Provided: We fill your calendar with homeowners who need help. Success System: We don’t throw you to the wolves. You’ll receive access to our PROVEN SALES PLAYBOOK and coaching to help you close at 35%+ rates.
You bring the technical plumbing knowledge. We provide the structure, process, and demand.
REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Must hold a valid Plumbing License.
✅ Strong technical plumbing knowledge (Water Heaters, Repiping, Hydronic Systems, Drain Systems).
✅ Coachable and willing to follow a winning sales process.
✅ Easy commute to Walpole
