The position will require the right candidate to assist where needed and to address technical issues mostly dealing with appliance repair and plumbing at various properties in Rockland, Whitman, Weymouth, Middleboro, and Quincy. The candidate should have reliable transportation and experience in appliance repair and plumbing.
Above and beyond appliance repair and plumbing, the candidate will be expected to help and participate with other maintenance needs such emergency repairs, light construction, covering for other maintenance staff if they are out, snow removal, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Appliance repair
- Plumbing focusing on "self contained" (Rennai) heating systems and hot water tanks.
- Maintaining exterior of specific properties.
- Addressing other maintenance issues as needed.
- Painting if needed.
- Oversee other physical disposition of the property
- Potential for plowing or landscaping if time allows.
Experience:
- Plumbing and general maintenance (Preferred)
- Appliance repair
Education: High School or equivalent trade school or experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
