Onsite Sheet Metal Rollforming Lead (CDL Required)
Ibex is seeking a driven, hands-on Onsite Sheet Metal Rollforming Lead to take ownership of our mobile rollforming operations. This is a Full-time, leadership-track position with strong advancement opportunities for someone who wants to master their craft, lead from the front, and grow with a high-performance manufacturing team. Problem solving on the fly will be a key part of this position so good problem solving skills will be a must.

Position Overview
The Onsite Lead is responsible for operating Ibex’s onsite rollforming truck and trailer systems while leading field production efforts. This individual serves as the face of Ibex on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.
CDL is required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Become a subject-matter expert in operating Ibex’s onsite rollforming truck and trailer systems
- Learn Ibex metal panel systems, including their purpose, specifications, and installation methods
- Run jobs efficiently with strong time management and production awareness
- Troubleshoot machine, material, and jobsite-related issues
- Ensure quality standards are met on every project
- Serve as the lead representative onsite
- Model and represent Ibex Core Values at all times
- Maintain professional communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and accountability
- Maintain a valid CDL license as required
- Safely operate and transport onsite rollforming truck and trailer systems
- Keep trucks and trailers clean, organized, and job-ready
- Perform routine inspections and ensure operational readiness
- Shift focus to maintenance-related projects during slower seasons
- Support equipment upkeep, process improvements, and system refinements
- Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL (required)
- Experience in sheet metal, rollforming, or related construction/manufacturing field preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent time management and jobsite organization
- Professional communication skills
- Self-starter with leadership mindset
- Commitment to safety and quality
