The Plumbing Project Manager will oversee a variety of large commercial projects across the Taylor / Austin area. This role is essential in supporting multiple locations and ensuring the successful execution of commercial plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee commercial plumbing projects in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
Manage 5-10 projects annually, ranging from $2M - $5M per year
Ensure project completion within scope, budget, and timeline
Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Site visits as needed with primary office work out of the Taylor office
Support company growth by implementing process improvements and team organization

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction project management
Strong background in new plumbing construction projects
Proficiency in Smart Sheets, Procore, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) or other related software
Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams effectively
Excellent communication and leadership skills
