Sphere Mechanical Corp. is seeking an experienced HVAC Pipefitter Foreman to lead our piping team based in Point Mugu, CA. This is an opportunity to supervise and work alongside a skilled crew installing and maintaining hydronic and mechanical piping systems. You will oversee daily field operations, interpret blueprints and specifications, coordinate manpower, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Compensation:
$58.86 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC piping systems, including chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, and related mechanical systems.

Lead crew members in layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of piping systems.

Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, isometrics, and contract drawings.

Ensure all work complies with company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

Coordinate inspections, pressure testing, and system start-up support.

Plan daily work activities, manage manpower, and maintain productivity goals.

Maintain material and equipment inventory; may authorize purchases of tools, equipment, and materials as needed.

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.
Qualifications:-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC mechanical piping systems and installation practices.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Pipefitter.

3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead.

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Experience working on federal or military projects preferred.

Ability to successfully pass a federal background check.
