Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication of stairs, handrails, guardrails and general ornemental, with expertise in various welding processes such as TIG and MIG welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform welding operations using various techniques including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) Push pull aluminum gun
Fabricate components from sheet metal and other materials according to specifications.
Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precision in fabrication.
Operate plasma cutting equipment for shaping materials as needed.
Set up and operate a press brake machine for bending metal components.
Use cranes and other lifting devices safely to move heavy materials and finished products.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential.
Familiarity with FCAW, TIG (Aluminum) welding, machining processes, and sheet metal work is preferred.
Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, plasma cutting equipment, cranes, and press brake machines.
Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
