To perform predictive and preventative maintenance functions involving the Fire Protection Equipment. Ensure
proper documentation of all required maintenance actions required by governmental and LP Policies.

Schedule and perform predictive and preventative fire system maintenance functions as outlined in the LP
Fire Protection Technician Duties work sheet (039-FORM-MTN-017). -
Perform other duties as necessary.

Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Knowledge of Fire Equipment upkeep and inspection techniques.

Expert knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.
