We are hiring serious, skilled tradesmen for:
- Wall Framing Department
- Exterior Installation Department (windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, trim)
- Experienced Metal Roof Installer

WALL FRAMING POSITION
You should:
- Understand layout, squaring, and crown
- Frame straight, plumb, and true without babysitting
- Read a tape flawlessly
- Work fast without sacrificing quality
- Keep your work area clean and organized
EXTERIOR INSTALLATION POSITION
You should have experience installing:
- Windows and exterior doors (proper flashing matters)
- LP / metal / panel siding
- Soffit and fascia
- Exterior trim packages
We expect:
- Tight seams
- Clean cuts
- Proper sealing
- No call-backs
EXPERIENCED METAL ROOF INSTALLER
This is not for beginners.
You must:
- Know panel layout
- Understand screw patterns and spacing
- Properly flash valleys, ridges, and penetrations
- Install clean, straight lines
- Work safely and efficiently
If your roofs wave, leak, or look sloppy — this is not for you.
We pay for skill and consistency.
All starting pay rates are DOE:
Framers: $15 – $20 per hour DOE
Exterior Installers: $15 – $20 per hour DOE
Experienced Metal Roof Installer: $18 – $24 per hour DOE
Top performers may earn performance bonuses.
If you are worth more, prove it.
You will demonstrate your skill in a hands-on evaluation.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We expect you on time. Every day.
