About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of HVAC systems, ensuring top-notch workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems and commitment to quality will directly impact our customers' comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini-splits, adhering to the highest standards.
- Install copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines with precision and care.
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues, providing effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers, educating them on their systems and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heating and cooling systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Aptitude for team leadership and development.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
