Maryland Motor Vehicle Inspection License is a PLUS (or Willingness to Obtain One-Earn $2-$3/hr more with one)

Ideal Technician/Mechanic Candidates:

A Level to Master with 10-15+ Years Experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Looking for someone highly experienced that is familiar with most makes and models
Experience with BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover BASIC service repairs and Maintenance is a PLUS (no major repairs required)
ASE Certifications are Preferred (valid or expired)
Any Manufacturer Certifications are Preferred (valid or expired)
Maryland Motor Vehicle Inspection License is a PLUS (or willingness to obtain it-can earn $2-$3/hr more with one)
STRONG Diagnostics Skills
Professional Experience in a franchise or independent dealer service department or a secondary shop
Repair Knowledge in Engine, Emissions & Computer
Mitchell’s Shop Key software knowledge is a PLUS
Good Time Management skills & Ability to multitask
Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
MUST have own tools
Must be at least 25 years of age

What We Offer:

Earn from $97,000 to over $120,000+/yr (based on exp/skill)
$45/hr to $55/hr FLAT RATE w/ our Production Bonus! (based on exp/skill)

5 Day Work Week: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!)
