We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Plumbing Foreman (P-1 or P-2 Licensed) to lead field operations on high-profile projects in Middlefield, CT and across central and southeast Connecticut.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbers on installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
Oversee the installation of plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage, gas piping, and fixtures.
Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and safety standards are met while maintaining quality workmanship.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute projects accurately.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and jobsite efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues while providing expert guidance to the crew.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen to develop their skills and uphold company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensure: Must hold a valid Connecticut P-1 or P-2 plumbing license.
Experience: At least 8–10 years in commercial plumbing, with foreman or supervisory experience.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in pipefitting, plumbing installations, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication: Ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients effectively.
Physical Ability: Comfortable working on construction sites, lifting heavy materials, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Location:

Middlefield, CT – Travel to job sites across central and southeast Connecticut.
