Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing team in the Rochester area. This is a multi-machine fabrication role ideal for someone with experience in a metal shop environment who is comfortable operating and setting up a variety of sheet metal fabrication equipment.

This is not a single-machine operator position. The right candidate will be able to move between machines such as laser cutters, turret presses, and press brakes depending on production needs.

Setup-level fabricators with experience on Amada equipment are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment (Amada)
Operate turret press machines to punch and form sheet metal components
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form parts
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect finished components using calipers and other measuring tools
Move between fabrication operations as production needs change
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in a sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts independently
Experience with machine setup and tooling changes
Familiarity with laser cutting, turret press, or press brake equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work across multiple fabrication operations as production needs change

Compensation & Benefits:

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour depending on experience
