Duties
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to control automation equipment within the facility.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, document repairs, and track maintenance history.
- Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Manage field service activities including working with industrial electricians and mechanics on complex repairs involving high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Support manufacturing processes by maintaining hydraulic systems, HVAC/R units, and other critical infrastructure components.
- Use welding techniques—including welding—along with mechanical knowledge to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
- Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access to elevated systems or components requiring maintenance or inspection.
- Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and analysis skills for diagnosing system issues.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS platforms, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to operate high voltage equipment safely; industrial electrician experience is highly desirable.
- Skilled in welding techniques including welding; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and safety protocols related to high voltage work.
- Experience working with field service teams, industrial electricians, or military background is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
