Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpret customer specification
- Assess RMA’s for disposition
- Manage the RMA disposition
- Disposition non-conforming material into the DMR database.
- Create RMA work orders for repair or remake
- Maintain RMA database
- Visually and dimensionally Inspect sheet metal parts for approval
- Help resolved manufacturing quality concerns
- Maintain quality reporting for the Business Review Team
- Use SolidWorks to provide information to departments
- Perform dimensional inspections on machined components
- Maintain accurate acceptance and rejection records
- Participate in the corrective/preventive action program
