We're a local Property Management company here in South Georgia, focused on renovating and maintaining Single Family, Multi Family, and Manufactured Homes. We’re looking to add a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to our team. Whether you're looking for a full-time job or prefer 1099 contractor work, we want to hear from you!
What We Do:
We update and maintain homes in the area, and we never run out of work. If you’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working with your hands, you’ll fit right in with our crew.
What We’re Looking For:
- A carpenter with skills in multiple trades (flooring, decks, doors, trim, etc.)
- Someone who’s willing to pitch in and work as a team
- Reliable and self-motivated people who want steady work
- You must have your own work clothes, boots, and basic tools
- 3+ years of experience is ideal
What We Offer:
- Pay based on your experience and ability to get work done quickly
- A 30-day “test run” before any pay increase
- Bi-weekly payroll (no invoicing, no clients, no sales!)

Typical Duties:
- Installing LVP flooring and subfloors
- Building and repairing decks, stairs, and railings
- Basic painting and pressure washing
- Repairing siding, windows, and trim
- Sheetrock replacement, mud, tape, texture
- Finish work like doors, trim, and window wraps
- Some basic plumbing (faucets, tubs, etc.)
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- General home maintenance
Requirements:
- Must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Direct Deposit & Social Security Card required

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
