Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Plumber or HVAC Technician (Or both) where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing essential building systems across commercial and residential properties. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and gas work across various property types
- Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals
- Diagnose mechanical issues with tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure optimal system performance
- Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical diagrams for accurate installations and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems, and property-wide air conditioning setups
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and perform appliance repairs or property maintenance tasks
- Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites while adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on plumbing or HVAC service technician work
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, and boiler maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration
- Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices effectively
- Experience working in property maintenance or field service environments with a focus on air conditioning and mechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, boilers, and refrigeration units is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs
