What you will be doing
Senior Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients. This is a field-based role focused on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, refrigeration units)Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Service large-tonnage commercial equipment Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
Requirements:5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical + mechanical)EPA Certification (Universal preferred)Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently in the field
