Oversee daily field operations on high‑end residential, brownstone, and renovation projects.

Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project sequencing in dense urban environments.

Ensure work meets design intent, historical standards, and quality expectations.

Maintain project schedules and coordinate closely with project managers and design teams.

Communicate with homeowners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot field issues proactively and assist with change coordination.

Oversee project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.

Support closeout efforts, including punch lists and owner turnover.
