What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and service HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, ductless, package units)
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Assist with and train into full-scope residential electrical work, including:

- Panel upgrades and replacements
- Circuit installs and troubleshooting
- Service upgrades
- Lighting, outlets, and device installs

- Maintain clean, organized job sites and vans
- Deliver a high-end customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years HVAC experience (install or service)
- Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
- Open to learning and performing real electrical work
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus If You Have
- Electrical experience (apprentice or helper level or higher)
- Strong service diagnostic skills
- Experience running jobs independently
- Leadership potential
