Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, supporting safety, functionality, and efficiency across our campuses. Your expertise will help create a safe, well-maintained environment that fosters learning and growth for our students and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring that all areas of Facilities operations are conducted in a professional manner.
· Must be of the highest morals and ethics and set the standard of decorum, dress and conduct for the organization.
· Must be able to assimilate information and maintain confidentiality of all information either written or verbal.
· Must exercise clear, mature judgment in dealings with employees, students, and business associates.
· Attend professional seminars and meetings appropriate to enhance educational and professional growth.
· Abide by policy for the operation of the Facilities Department.
· Be handy and familiar with the operation of basic construction and or automotive tools.
· Have knowledge of basic facilities maintenance operations.
· Responsible for maintenance and operations of the physical plant
· Responsible for maintaining the facilities budget
· Must be able to manage and maintain facilities supplies
· Assist with facility items such as moving tables, marquee adjustment, restroom cleanup, and small repairs, furniture and fixtures assembly.
· Assist with emergency procedures including reporting, evacuating, and accounting for staff and students during emergencies.
· Must act as liaison between National Aviation Academy and
· Carry out all other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required.
· Facilities Technician and or Hospitality Maintenance experience preferred.
· Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Office is required.
· Basic understanding of how to use the internet for research and purchasing.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
