Key Responsibilities - Project Manager

Lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Manage project planning activities including budgeting, cost forecasting, scheduling, and procurement

Oversee contract administration, change management, pay applications, and project documentation

Collaborate with pre-construction teams on estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and project handoff

Direct and support field leadership to ensure coordination, productivity, and adherence to project plans

Monitor job costs and financial performance; proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
-
Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
-
Drive quality control processes and ensure work meets design, contract, and client expectations

Manage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and final documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring team members and supporting company best practices

A successful Project Manager Candidate will have:
Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Strong understanding of construction means and methods across commercial building projects

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials with accuracy and accountability

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, designers, trade partners, and internal teams

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coordinating and motivating project teams
-
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Working knowledge of construction documents, contract administration, and change management processes

Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools

Ability to proactively identify risks and develop practical solutions

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Competitive base salary from $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
