Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will operate and set up press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality fabricated parts that meet strict specifications. Duties

Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring accurate bending of sheet metal according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings
Read and interpret complex blueprints, manufacturing specifications to produce precise parts
Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of press brake machinery to ensure optimal performance
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality inspection of finished parts
Collaborate with fabrication teams on tooling selection, setup adjustments, and process improvements
Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and quality inspections for traceability and continuous improvement

Requirements

Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply principles effectively
Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of tooling, sheet metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly processes
Competency in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers), and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
