Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and skilled HVAC professionals to join our team in multiple positions, including service technicians, retro installers, new construction installers and a new construction management.
These dynamic roles offer the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from high scale new buildings, radiant systems and retro installs. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. Whether you’re experienced in the HVAC field or you are justa starting out, your expertise will contribute to delivering top-tier comfort solutions to the Wood River Valley. All positions are paid roles that emphasize safety, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), and plumbing components.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment.
- Perform field service tasks such as equipment installation and equipment repair, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Operate vehicle safely for transporting tools or equipment between job sites.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components like compressors, fans, motors, valves, and thermostats.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC/ (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems using industry best practices.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
Qualifications
- Qualifications will depend on the position being applied for.
- Experienced roles will need, proven experience in construction-related HVAC installation or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background.
- Mechanical skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues efficiently.
- Experience working on boilers or other large-scale heating systems is a PLUS but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
