We are seeking skilled FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) Welders with at least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a shop setting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in flux core welding processes, capable of producing high-quality welds, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) on various metal components according to blueprints and specifications
Read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and shop drawings
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively
Ensure weld quality meets or exceeds company and industry standards
Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of FCAW welding experience in a shop environment
Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Experience working in flat, horizontal, and vertical welding positions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
