Job Overview
We are seeking a experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical services. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems and related equipment across various property types.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.

- Perform routine maintenance, and repairs, on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately identify issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct field service visits to client sites for system repairs, appliance troubleshooting, property maintenance tasks, and emergency service requests.
- Repair or replace mechanical components such as motors, compressors, valves, and other equipment using appropriate tools including welding equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports documenting repairs performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations related to refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar field service role with a strong background in HVAC/R systems.
- Knowledge of construction practices related to building systems installation and maintenance.
- EPA Certification (required)
- Experience with equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters; welding skills are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and general mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- 2-5 years of experience preferred in service

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
