Job Summary
3 Brothers Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will primarily handle service work on existing residential and commercial properties, focusing on drain cleaning, jetting services, and various plumbing repairs and replacements. We value expertise, customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This position includes an on-call rotation to ensure we meet our clients' needs around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct drain cleaning and jetting services to resolve blockages and maintain system efficiency.
- Handle plumbing-related repairs and replacements, including fixtures, pipes, and related components.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and solutions clearly to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (required).
- Proven experience as a service plumber, with a strong background in residential and commercial work.
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week (4 10hr shifts), including on-call rotations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
