The Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will:

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
-
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals efficiently.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
-
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
-
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical Construction should have:

5-10 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.

Proven experience within the mechanical and/or HVAC experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.

A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
