Join our dynamic construction team as a Crane Operator, where you will play a vital role in lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Your expertise will ensure safe and efficient operations, supporting the successful completion of diverse building projects. Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy materials such as steel beams, concrete panels, and equipment across construction sites.
Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other heavy equipment operators to execute lifting plans precisely.
Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios to facilitate smooth operations.
Follow all safety protocols, including load limits, signaling procedures, and hazard assessments, to prevent accidents.
Perform routine maintenance checks on cranes and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Assist in setting up crane work zones, including stabilizing equipment and securing loads as needed.

Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.
Mechanical knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, and safety features.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy machinery.
Experience operating various construction vehicles such as concrete mixers, dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, farm machinery, and tankers.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols specific to crane operations.
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret load charts accurately.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members on-site. Join us in building the future!
