Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and drive excellence in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across diverse properties. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
Perform plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply issues.
Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts.
Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and system logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems and support field service operations for various client sites.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and repairs.
Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems.
Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, equipment repair, and property maintenance tasks.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
Mechanical aptitude combined with field service experience in residential and light commercial settings.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
