Job Summary
We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Technicians frequently alternate between performing routine maintenance tasks and installing new systems, while ensuring all work meets safety standards and complies with local HVAC codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove old HVAC systems in preparation for upgrades or replacements
- Install new HVAC units with proper configuration, start-up, and performance checks
- Perform routine maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, troubleshooting, and adjustments
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers regarding diagnoses, recommendations, and job status
- Order, track, and maintain tools, parts, and equipment needed for repairs and installations
- Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices
Compensation
- Pay depends on experience
- Technicians with more experience, certifications, or advanced skills are eligible for higher pay
