***Sign On Bonus****Performance Plumbing & Heating is seeking Licensed Foreman to join our growing team. We are a commercial plumbing & heating company who performs work throughout Connecticut, private, public, and state. We offer prevailing wage rate work as well as many other benefits. We are offering a $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus to any experienced foreman after 90 days!

Looking for a responsible, motivated, and committed mechanical piping Foreman. Foreman will be working directly under the Project Manager and work directly onsite with project owner and/or general contractor.

Job Qualifications:

3-5 years of foreman field experience.
Be able to read and decipher prints, plans, and specifications.
Valid Trade License (P-1, P-2, S-1, and S-2)
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
Computer Skills

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Training and managing project crew.
Submitting accurate weekly timecards for yourself and your crew.
Ordering, shipping, and receiving material for projects.
Communicating with office administration for appropriate documentation. (ie. Tool box talks, Daily logs, JHA’s, etc.)
Managing Tools and equipment
Completing and submitting RFIs
