Hare Air is hiring a producer.
We’re looking for an in-home sales closer in Dallas/DFW who can build trust fast, control the conversation, and ask for the business.
This is not a role for someone who wants to “get into sales.”
This is for someone who wants to perform, get paid, and be held to a standard.
You do not need HVAC experience.
You do need real sales ability, composure under pressure, and the discipline to follow a process.
What this role is
- 2–3 company-provided warm in-home appointments per day
- No cold knocking
- No self-generated leads required
- Uncapped commission
- Paid weekly
- Vehicle allowance + performance bonus
- Evenings and weekends required
Compensation
- $90,000–$180,000+ realistic first-year opportunity
- Uncapped commission + bonuses
- Paid weekly
- Vehicle allowance covering car payment + insurance + fuel
- Additional performance-based bonus opportunities
- Current HVAC Comfort Advisors with verified production numbers may qualify for an additional transition bonus.

What you’ll do
- Run warm in-home sales appointments across Dallas/DFW
- Diagnose comfort and replacement needs
- Present system options, pricing, and financing
- Build trust with homeowners and lead them to a decision
- Follow up with speed and discipline through call, text, and CRM
- Coordinate with install so the customer experience stays tight
- Learn and execute our sales process
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales ability
- In-home sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, composure, and closing skills
- Coachable, competitive, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
