- A minimum of 5 years of experience doing HVAC maintenance and repairs

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record

- Pass drug test and background check

- EPA certified

- NATE certification a plus

- Tech school certificate a plus

- Nexstar training a plus

- Use of company software to report work and collect payments

- Communicate, educate and recommend solutions to customers

- Perform superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service
