What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of heavy civil construction projects—both public and private—ranging from $50M and up.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers and field management staff
- Managing subcontractors and client relationships effectively
- Full P&L ownership, including cost control and risk management
- Pre-construction planning, project set-up, scheduling, and safety oversight
- Driving projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience managing heavy civil projects with a focus on road/highway, wet utilities, excavation, grading, and paving
- Proven track record of managing self-perform forces and delivering projects exceeding $50M
- BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with TxDOT projects (a plus)
- Proficiency in industry software: HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
- Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (On-site role)
