We’re looking for a driven Construction Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, communicates with confidence, and knows how to keep jobs moving while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and jobsite safety
- Track and manage change orders and project progress (WIP)
How You’ll Be Measured
- Gross Margin performance
- Safety compliance
- Customer satisfaction
- Change order execution
- Accuracy of Work-in-Progress reporting
What You Bring
- Hands-on construction experience (roofing, siding, carpentry, painting, or similar)
- Strong ability to read plans, specs, and manage project scope
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
