Overview
We are looking for a skilled Industrial HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team that values technical expertise, problem-solving, and long-term career growth.

We serve a wide array of facility and customer types, including distribution centers, industrial plants, universities, airports, healthcare facilities, self-storage units, and more. With approximately 700 employees across Ohio, New York, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including air-cooled and centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handler units, fan coil units, and variable air volume systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical system components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Install, retrofit, and commission commercial chiller systems and supporting HVAC equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repair.
- Provide excellent customer service through direct, on-site interaction with clients.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex commercial/industrial chiller and refrigeration equipment.
- Work confidently with electrical components such as timers, contactors, and relays.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- EPA Certification (required).
- Hands-on experience with commercial chiller systems.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to safety.
- Ability to provide top-tier service and professionalism on customer sites.
