Job Summary:
We're looking for a Septic Maintenance Provider (MP) certified for Texas or a Level II Septic Installer able to get their MP ASAP. You’ll lead Epic's maintenance and install teams in the field here in the Austin metro area. You’ll be supported by a powerhouse team that’s committed to changing the septic game nation wide.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine OSSF system maintenance for aerobic and conventional systems in accordance with Texas MP requirements
- Conduct detailed system evaluations, including component checks, testing, and performance monitoring
- Complete scheduled service visits for homeowner maintenance contracts and submit the proper paperwork
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend next steps or repairs
- Accurately document all findings using photos, digital forms, and clear written notes
- Educate homeowners on proper system care, required maintenance, and system performance
- Coordinate with Epic install and repair teams when issues require escalation
- Maintain your service vehicle, tools, test equipment, and supplies
- Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance protocols
- Represent EPIC with professionalism, integrity, and high-energy customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Texas OSSF Maintenance Provider License (MP), or a Texas OSSF Installer II willing to obtain their MP license promptly
- Strong understanding of aerobic treatment unit components, disinfection systems, pumps, controls, and effluent testing
- Expertise with drain field testing, jetting, installation, repair and related services
- Experience in septic, plumbing, electrical, or similar mechanical/technical fields
- Ability to diagnose system performance issues and communicate solutions clearly
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using apps, digital forms, and photo documentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and lifting 50–75+ lbs
- Customer-focused mindset—able to educate without BS and with confidence
- High standards of cleanliness, organization, and accountability
