Element Innovation builds really cool stuff and is looking for a full time metal fabricator to come join us.

About the job:

Pay $20-$30/hr
Benefits: Health and dental insurance, Paid time off, 401K with matching
M-F day shift. Weekends as needed
Job responsibilities include: Welding per blueprint specification, material prep, fixture set-up, solve problems, and innovate!
Tons of learning opportunity. Besides welding and fabrication, we do CNC machining and engineering/CAD design. We love to support personal development and growth into new skills.
You will truly be building some really cool products for some really awesome customers, and get to have the satisfaction of knowing that your name is behind it.

Qualifications:

Must have some level of industry welding experience.
Must be the type of person who enjoys getting things done, every day.
Must be someone who gets a thrill out of delivering top-notch products to the customers.
Must have mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands(and brain).
Must be punctual. With the highly complex nature of the projects, your commitment to showing up on time will be integral to the successful completion of them.
Must have a positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a winning team!
