Key Responsibilities
- Configure and operate Amada Press Brake equipment.
- Operate the Amada FBD 111-1253 NT Press Brake.
- Operate the Amada HG1303 135 Ton Press Brake.
- Operate the Niagra Ton Press Brake.
- Bend and shape sheet metal materials to specifications.
- Perform comprehensive sheet metal fabrication tasks, including shearing, notching, punching, and bending, contributing to the creation of high-quality components.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, layouts, and templates to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Develop operational procedures, including calculating dimensions to achieve precise results.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience operating Amada Press Brake machines.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and drawings.
- Proven experience in precision sheet metal work.
Schedule:
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, up to $33.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
