Qualifications of Carpenter:
- 6+ months of experience required but will accept less for the right candidate
- 2+ years of experience as a carpenter preferred highly preferred
- Willing to eventually move into a leadership role preferred

Responsibilities of Carpenter:
- Construct and install decks, porches, and patios
- Responsibilities including framing, cutting and installing decking boards, railings, and structural supports
- Review drawings to understand project requirements and identify any issues or necessary changes
- Communicate with drafters or designers to ensure plans are accurate and executed properly on site
- 2+ years candidate eventual expectations: Provide leadership on job sites by reviewing project drawings, coordinating schedules, and overseeing the crew's work
- Communicate with inspectors to ensure code compliance and discuss any discrepancies or necessary changes with the drafting team to keep projects aligned with plans and expectations
